Golden Cupcakes

Ingredients:
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of melted salted butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of Golden Masala
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of milk

How to make Golden Cupcakes
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • In a bowl, mix the egg white and sugar.
  • Add the Golden Masala and melted salted butter to the mixture.
  • Once everything is well mixed, add the flour and baking powder and stir until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Stir in the milk
  • Divide the batter into two equal halves in the muffin pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Cook for 10 to 12 minutes
  • Once the dough is cooked, let it cool completely.
