Golden Masala Custard

Ingredients :
  • 50cl milk
  • 75g sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 teaspoon Asha Golden Masala
How to prepare Crème Anglaise with Golden Masala
  • Whisk together egg yolks, sugar and Asha Golden Masala
  • Bring milk to the boil
  • Slowly pour hot milk over egg yolks, stirring regularly.
  • Return to the saucepan over low heat
  • Stir until the cream is bound (do not allow to boil).
