Savorine

Servings: 4-5 people

Ingredients :
  • 1 large onion
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 or 2 tomatoes
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 tea spoon oil
  • 1/2 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon Asha Daal Masala
  • 200g Skyr/Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/2 lime/lemon
  • 1/2 jalapeño (optional)
How to prepare Savorine
  • Dice onion, tomato, bell pepper into small pieces and mince the garlic cloves
  • Sauté the onion and garlic cloves  in a pan until the onions become translucent then add the tomatoes, salt, and Asha Daal Masala
  • Once the tomatoes are fully cooked add the bell peppers
  • In a bowl whip the yoghurt and lemon juice and add the cooked vegetables
  • Use “Savorine” as a dip or a sauce (Eg, enjoy it with pasta, fried eggs, or with pita chips)
