- 1 teaspoon of Daal Masala
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
How to prepare Baked Cod with Asha Daal Masala
- Wash your fish fillets.
- In a soup plate, put the olive oil and the Daal Masala.
- Cover both sides of the fish in the mixture obtained.
- Add salt to taste.
- Place your fish fillets on baking paper and wrap them in foil.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C
