Baked Cod Daal Masala

(This dish can be recreated with other white fish)

Ingredients:
  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1 teaspoon of Daal Masala
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
How to prepare Baked Cod with Asha Daal Masala
  • Wash your fish fillets.
  • In a soup plate, put the olive oil and the Daal Masala.
  • Cover both sides of the fish in the mixture obtained.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Place your fish fillets on baking paper and wrap them in foil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C
