Dal Masala Soup

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients:
  • Your favorite soup for 4 people
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Daal Masala
How to prepare your soup with Asha Daal Masala
  • While your soup is heating and/or cooking, place a pan on low heat nearby in which you will add the oil and the teaspoon of Asha Daal Masala.
  • Once the mustard seeds in the spice mix start to move, it’s ready. (Be careful not to let it burn; usually a few seconds are enough to simmer the spices.)
  • Using a spatula, pour the contents into your soup and mix everything together. If you don’t have a spatula, you can pour a few spoonfuls of soup into the pan before adding the mixture back into the rest of the soup.
  • You can now pour into your bowls or cups and enjoy.
