Curry Casserole with Asha Garam Masala

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 150 grams of tomato puree
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon of Asha Garam Masala
How to prepare Asha Curry Casserole
  • In a pan, heat the oil and add the chopped onions.
  • Fry them until they become translucent, then add the Asha Garam Masala and continue to fry for a minute.
  • Add the tomato puree, salt to taste and cook until the tomato smell disappears.
  • Make 4 wells with your spatula and crack the eggs into each well.
  • Cover with a lid and cook for 3-4 minutes
  • Add pepper to each egg and serve hot.
