Asha Mango-Coconut Shrimp Curry

Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of Asha Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 teaspoons of butter
  • 400 grams of shrimp
  • Salt
  • 125 grams of coconut milk/cream
  • 1 gram of fresh chili pepper (optional but recommended)
How to make Asha Coconut Mango Shrimp Curry?
  • Fry the shrimp in butter until cooked through and set aside.
  • Saute the onions in oil until translucent and add the Asha Garam Masala.
  • Add the mangoes and cook until softened.
  • Add the coconut milk or cream and blend to obtain a fine paste.
  • Add salt and shrimp to the sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
