In a saucepan, take 1 cup of water and 1 cup of milk and bring them to a boil.
Add 1 teaspoon of Asha Chai Masala and 2 teaspoons of sugar (the amount of sugar depends on individual taste).
Bring the mixture to a boil for 5 to 20 minutes, depending on your preferred black tea flavor. Be sure to stir the chai to prevent the boiling milk from boiling over.
Serve warm or chill completely and serve over ice to enjoy like an iced chai latte.
