Asha Tandoori Masala Eggplant Fritter

Ingredients:
  • 4 firm aubergines , slice them into rounds
  • ¼ l of milk
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Asha Tandoori Masala
How to prepare Asha Tandoori Masala Eggplant Fritter
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, 2 egg yolks, a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the Asha Tandoori Masala.
  • Stir and gently add the cold milk.
  • Beat the two egg whites until stiff and fold them into the batter.
  • Dip the eggplants into the batter and hot oil. When they are golden brown, place them on paper towels.
