Tandoori Express Chicken (no marinating the chicken)

Ingredients:
  • 2 large chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon of strong Dijon mustard
  • 1 level teaspoon Asha Tandoori Masala
  • 1 pinch of salt
How to prepare Express Tandoori Chicken?
  • In a bowl, mix the mustard, Tandoori Masala and salt.
  • Cover your chicken thighs with the mixture and place them in the oven dish (you can add small diced potatoes).
  • Add 1/4 glass of water to the bottom of the dish.
  • Bake at 150°C for 1 hour 30 minutes.
