Asha Magic Masala Fried Rice

Got leftover rice and don’t know how to use it? Let’s turn it into delicious fried rice to add a touch of excitement. In India, every household has its own fried rice recipe, allowing for a personalized experience.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Half an onion, sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped ham
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of peas (leftover legumes or legumes of your choice)
  • Salt to taste
  • Asha Magic Masala
  • Chives for decoration (optional)
How to Make Magic Masala Fried Rice
  • Heat a pan and fry the chopped onions until translucent.
  • Crack the egg and start scrambling it.
  • Add pepper and ½ teaspoon of Asha Magic Masala and continue to stir into the scrambled egg.
  • Add the green peas and chopped ham and fry for a minute
  • Add the rice to the mixture and fry for another 3 to 5 minutes until well incorporated.
  • Serve warm with a little chives on top.
