Peri-Peri Tomato Sauce

This recipe is ideal with pasta, rice, dumplings or even eggs.

Preparation: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients:
  • 400g of fresh tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Peri-Peri Masala
  • 15cl of crème fraîche (optional)
How to prepare Peri-Peri tomato sauce?
  • Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, keeping the liquid part to add to the sauce later.
  • In a saucepan, add the olive oil, then the chopped tomatoes and the Peri-Peri Masala.
  • Let it reduce for about 10 minutes over low heat (light boil).
  • Pour in the crème fraîche at the end of cooking and stir everything together.
  • Add salt to taste.
