Ingredients:
- 400g of fresh tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of Peri-Peri Masala
- 15cl of crème fraîche (optional)
How to prepare Peri-Peri tomato sauce?
- Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, keeping the liquid part to add to the sauce later.
- In a saucepan, add the olive oil, then the chopped tomatoes and the Peri-Peri Masala.
- Let it reduce for about 10 minutes over low heat (light boil).
- Pour in the crème fraîche at the end of cooking and stir everything together.
- Add salt to taste.
